A & S PROGRAM

WHAT IS THE A & S PROGRAM?

The A & S Program, or Aesthetics and Strength Building Program, is a full body workout program that builds a classic physique which builds strength and size at the same time. Each phase is about 6 weeks long. The overall concept deals with compound movements which consist of working with a barbell. The key with these compound barbell movements will help build a classic aesthetic look which includes broad shoulders, a narrow waist, streamlined legs, and a well developed core. There are three phases to this program. When you complete all three in the designated timeframe, you will start to see the beginning of that classic physique. 

 Each Workout is 4 Warmup Sets and 1 Working Set of the Following;

  •  Barbell Bench Press
  • Standing Overhead Barbell Bench Press
  • Chin-ups/Pull-ups/Dead Hangs
  • Barbell Back Squats
  • Barbell Dead Lift

Phase One

Phase Two

 Each Workout is 2 Warmup Sets and 3 Working Set of the Following;

  •  Barbell Bench Press
  • Standing Overhead Barbell Bench Press
  • Chin-ups/Pull-ups/Dead Hangs
  • Barbell Back Squats
  • Barbell Dead Lift

 Each Workout is 1 Warmup Sets and 5 Working Set of the Following;

  •  Barbell Bench Press
  • Standing Overhead Barbell Bench Press
  • Chin-ups/Pull-ups/Dead Hangs
  • Barbell Back Squats
  • Barbell Dead Lift
